Bithika Anand is an iconic entrepreneur who laid the foundation of the concept of law firm management in India. In a sector that was largely run on the instinct and individual management style of founders, she was the first one to start the trend of professionally run and managed law firms. As an expert in the field of legal practice management, she is a mentor, guide, influencer, and pioneer who has contributed immensely to the growth of the legal sector in India.
She is the founder of two unique and niche companies, Legal League Consulting (LLC) and Human Elevation (HE). LLC is India’s first management consultancy for the global legal industry, while HE is a legal global talent search organisation. She is a former COO and CFO of Amarchand Mangaldas, then the largest law firm in India, which has since evolved into two leading Indian firms. She was also formerly associated with KPMG and S.B. Billimoria & Co., and holds the position of the India Principal for EDGE International.
