The Platform And Model
Aatman Samarpan is inspired by the ideas of ‘Aatma’, meaning the soul, and ‘Mann’, representing the mind, together with ‘Samarpan’, which signifies dedication, surrender and offering.
It functions as an open, community-driven platform — not as a private, closed club.
The founding intent is to kindle the flame. The community of lawyers, specialists, artists, mentors, and partners will carry it forward. Youth and elders collaborate as equals.

After successfully founding and running two unique companies, Legal League Consulting and Human Elevation, Aatman Samarpan is a result of Bithika Anand’s three decades of rich and diverse experience of working with lawyers, law firms, managing partners, and general counsels across generations and geographies. It has been her long-felt desire to enable the larger legal community with the right inspiration, knowledge, and resources that empower them to pursue holistic wellness, and lead happier, healthier and more fulfilling lives.
