A Life Mission in Law, Service, and Nation-Building

For me, law and policy are instruments for justice, empowerment, and national transformation. My life’s work is guided by a quiet but firm conviction: institutions must serve people, governance must carry empathy, and leadership must be anchored in integrity and purpose.

From humble beginnings to serving as Additional Secretary to the Government of India in the Ministry of Law & Justice (Legislative Department), my journey has been shaped by a belief that public service is not a position, but a responsibility — to simplify complexity, uplift the vulnerable, strengthen institutions, and leave behind systems better than those we inherit.

At the heart of my philosophy lies a simple yet transformative idea:
laws must speak the language of the people.

I have dedicated myself to advancing plain-language legislative drafting, strengthening digital legal infrastructure, and transforming the India Code into a trusted digital repository of laws — so that law becomes a bridge to justice, not a barrier.

My mission — beyond statutes and policy — is about building people and institutions. Through Mission Karmayogi Bharat and capacity-building initiatives, I work to nurture a future-ready cadre of ethical, skilled, and service-oriented public servants, believing that strong nations are built as much on character as on policy.
Guided by the national vision of Viksit Bharat@2047, I operate at the intersection of law, technology, AI, governance, and citizen empowerment — designing systems that are transparent, inclusive, humane, and resilient in an evolving world.
Beyond governance, I remain committed to giving back — supporting orphaned children, senior citizens, vulnerable communities, healthcare initiatives (neonatal care and disaster relief), and wildlife conservation. Additionally, redevelopment of a Shiva temple near Varanasi and support for destitute cows at Govardhan reflect my spiritual belief that service to society, nature, and faith are interconnected.
Through writing, mentoring, and teaching, I seek to shape minds, enrich policy discourse, and strengthen India’s democratic institutions.

At my core, I remain grounded in humility, gratitude, faith, and service, committed to a lifelong mission:
to make law kinder, governance wiser, institutions stronger,
and India’s journey toward 2047 be more just, inclusive, and humane.

I believe true public service and leadership are measured not by authority, but by impact; not by power, but by purpose; and not by legacy alone, but by service that endures.
